Local Payment
We accept payments via GCash, debit & credit cards, PayPal, and BDO Online.
Local Shipping
Orders are fulfilled and delivered by Blitz from Monday to Friday.
For Metro Manila, next-day delivery (5PM cutoff) are available. For Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. For other areas, delivery takes 5 to 10 days. Deliveries happen daily except for the weekends and holidays. If you need coffee urgently, send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.
Delivery rates depend on the area.Â

- Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite - starts at PHP 70
- Other areas - starts at PHP 200

International Payment and Shipping
Our website currently caters to orders within the Philippines only, but we will be more than happy to share coffee with you, wherever you are. Email us at hello@thedreamcoffee.ph with the subject “International order” and let us know how many bags you want to order, along with your shipping address. We will ship your order via your preferred courier.
Payments can be made via PayPal. Shipping fees vary depending on weight and location. Any additional duties and taxes will be shouldered by the customer.Â

Bulk Orders for Gifts or Corporate Giveaways

Return & Exchange
If you received a damaged product, please email us at hello@thedreamcoffee.ph with the subject “Return/Exchange” within 72 hours (or 2 days) of receiving the item. Include a photo of the damages.
If your request for an exchange has been approved, we will send you a replacement. No need to send the damaged product back. If your request for a return has been approved, you will be refunded in the form of store credit.
In compliance with the Philippines’ Department of Trade and Industry’s guidelines, a change in mind on the part of the customer or damage on the product caused by mishandling on the part of the customer are not covered by the Return & Exchange policy.
Privacy Policy
Some things should stay private—like your personal information. All personal info collected and stored in our database is used only for further improving our customers’ shopping experience. Debit and credit information are not stored. We utilize PayPal and PayMongo to ensure security for your transactions.

Coffee
- What does the coffee taste like? How is it processed? How is it roasted? For more information about our roasted coffees, please check out their individual product pages.
- How many cups of coffee does a bag make? One bag makes anywhere from 8 to 14 cups, depending on how strong you like your coffee.
- How long does the coffee last? Coffee doesn’t spoil like most foods in the sense that goes bad or becomes inedible. However, it will lose its freshness and flavor over time. To preserve your coffee, always seal the package well.

- How can I track my order? After your order has been processed within one business day, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive a text notification from Blitz before your order is delivered.
