Business Hours

Our business hours are 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.

You can order The Dream Coffee from our Shop page anytime. We will process your order within one business day—or on the day itself.

Email us at hello@thedreamcoffee.ph, text us at 0977-271-3271 (Viber or Telegram), or message us on Facebook or Instagram anytime. We promise to get back to you right away.

Local Payment

We accept payments via BDO Online, GCash, and debit/credit card.

Local Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Blitz.

For Metro Manila, same-day pick-up (2PM cutoff) and next-day delivery (5PM cutoff) are available. For Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, and Cavite, delivery takes 3 to 5 days. For other areas, delivery takes 5 to 10 days. Deliveries happen daily except for Sundays and holidays. If you need The Dream Coffee urgently, send us a message on Facebook or Instagram.

Delivery rates depend on the area. 

  • Metro Manila - starts at PHP 80
  • Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite - starts at PHP 120
  • Other areas - starts at PHP 180

    The Dream Coffee is not liable for delayed, damaged, or lost products due to incorrect shipping information, force majeure, or an act of God.

    International Payment and Shipping

    Our website currently caters to orders within the Philippines only, but we will be more than happy to share The Dream Coffee with you, wherever you are. Email us at hello@thedreamcoffee.ph with the subject “International order” and let us know how many bags you want to order and what variant (whole beans or grounds), along with your shipping address.

    Payments can be made via PayPal. Shipping fees vary depending on weight and location. Any additional duties and taxes will be shouldered by the customer.

    Bulk Orders for Gifts or Corporate Giveaways

    Return & Exchange

    If you received a damaged product, please email us at hello@thedreamcoffee.ph with the subject “Return/Exchange” within 72 hours (or 2 days) of receiving the item. Include a photo of the damages.

    If your request for an exchange has been approved, we will send you a replacement. No need to send the damaged product back. If your request for a return has been approved, you will be refunded in the form of store credit.

    In compliance with the Philippines’ Department of Trade and Industry’s guidelines, a change in mind on the part of the customer or damage on the product caused by mishandling on the part of the customer are not covered by the Return & Exchange policy.

    Privacy Policy

    Some things should stay private—like your personal information. All personal info collected and stored in our database is used only for further improving our customers’ shopping experience. Debit and credit information are not stored. We utilize PayPal to ensure security for your transactions.

    1. At what elevation is The Dream Coffee grown? 1,200 to 1,300 MASL
    1. How is The Dream Coffee processed? We use the honey wash method.
    1. How many cups of coffee does one (1) 200g bag make? One bag makes anywhere from 6 to 12 cups, depending on how strong you like your coffee.
    1. How long does The Dream Coffee last? Coffee doesn’t spoil like most foods in the sense that it will taste bad. However, it will lose its freshness over time. To preserve your coffee’s freshness, always seal the package well.
